What you will do

• Administer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and voluntary benefits programs.
• Lead the end-to-end annual open enrollment process, including project planning, system configuration, and employee communications.
• Manage leave programs such as FMLA, ADA, and parental leave, serving as the primary escalation point for complex cases.
• Oversee 401(k) and retirement plan compliance, including annual audits and nondiscrimination testing.
• Ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and HIPAA.
• Collaborate with brokers, carriers, payroll, and finance teams to optimize plan administration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in professional benefits administration and strategic management of welfare programs.
• Strong knowledge of US federal and state benefit regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA).
• Proficiency in using HRIS and benefits platforms for enrollments and payroll deductions.
• Ability to conduct regular audits and data validation for billing accuracy.
• Must be available for a hybrid schedule in Bethlehem, PA (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office).
