Global Mobility Lead (HR)

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end international relocation process for employees globally, from offer acceptance to post-arrival.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for relocating employees and internal stakeholders in HR, Legal, and Finance.
• Own and continuously evolve the global mobility program by establishing scalable policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate relocation logistics through external providers, including housing, shipments, and travel.
• Track program performance through KPIs, cost analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure all relocations comply with immigration, tax, and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end international relocation programs and vendors.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Significant understanding of global mobility operations and industry best practices.
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures with excellent communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
