What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation programs for large insurance clients.
• Manage timelines, reporting, stakeholder communication, milestones, and executive readouts for enterprise accounts.
• Set and execute the AI-native transformation strategy for the Client Engagement organization.
• Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents and internal tools integrated across multiple systems.
• Build quarterly strategic roadmaps with clear owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Improve workflows, documentation, quality, and efficiency while resolving operational and technical challenges with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, strategy, program management, or enterprise implementation within a client-facing or go-to-market organization.
• Experience managing enterprise implementations or customer programs for multimillion-dollar accounts.
• Hands-on familiarity with building AI agents and internal tools across multiple systems.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, JSON, and data exchange formats.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-starter and builder's mindset with the ability to create structure, define best practices, and deliver strategic initiatives.
