Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Seattle, United States; hybrid. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $152,000–$177,450 USD annual base salary, plus bonus potential and employee equity.

What you will do

• Own complex cross-functional engineering programs from scoping through launch as the single point of accountability.
• Translate ambiguous business goals into delivery plans, sequence dependencies, mitigate risks, and define success metrics.
• Shape roadmaps and planning discussions while making trade-offs clear and connecting programs to customer and company outcomes.
• Build schedules, dashboards, and reporting that give leaders real-time visibility into execution, risks, and trade-offs.
• Coordinate delivery with internal teams, technology enablement partners, and ecosystem partners.
• Improve program-management processes, tools, meetings, and reporting structures across teams.

Requirements

• Experience scaling developer tools, software development pipelines, S-SDLC stages, or large-scale internal platforms.
• Technical judgment sufficient to work effectively with Cloud and Platform engineers and manage cross-organization dependencies and critical paths.
• Experience driving technical solutions with external partners and communicating plans to engineers and executives.
• Ongoing AI skill development, including prompt or context engineering and agent orchestration.
• Hands-on fluency with planning tools such as Jira and Smartsheet, including building decision-support dashboards.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment includes a drug screening and background check.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-edge-hardware solutions.
• Technical depth in API permission checks, authentication surfaces, and streaming protocols.
