TL;DR
Senior Program Manager (Sovereign AI): Owns end-to-end execution of an on-premise, air-gap-capable AI product roadmap for governments and critical-infrastructure operators with an accent on cross-functional delivery, launch operations, and AI automation. Focus on building 0-to-1 programs, resolving dependencies across Research, Engineering, and Product, and scaling operational processes for secure sovereign AI deployments.
Location: Remote, Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Tel Aviv District, Israel

What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle of the Sovereign AI roadmap, including planning, delivery, milestones, dependencies, and risk management.
- Build new programs from 0 to 1 and scale them into durable, repeatable operations.
- Coordinate Data Science, Engineering, Product, Design, Research, leadership, and external government stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate visibility into status, blockers, timelines, resource bottlenecks, and high-risk dependencies.
- Drive prioritization and tradeoff decisions across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Finance.
- Run commercial launch operations for ATLAS, including billing, pricing, developer platform operations, and AI-driven process automation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management or technical project management, ideally in a high-growth technology company.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling programs from 0 to 1.
- Experience with commercial launches, billing and pricing operations, or developer platform operations.
- Strong prioritization, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience partnering with engineering and research teams to replace manual operational work with AI automation.
- Technical proficiency sufficient to work with discussions about ML models, data pipelines, APIs, and system architecture.
Nice to have
- Experience in defense or AI/ML environments.
- Understanding of procurement cycles, compliance requirements, and work with sovereign entities.
- Background in engineering or another technical discipline.
