Engagement Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 per year across all US locations

What you will do

• Lead enterprise SaaS engagements from pre-sales scope definition through mobilization, delivery, go-live, stabilization, adoption, and handover.
• Act as the primary delivery contact for client stakeholders and executive sponsors, including VP- and C-level leaders.
• Manage scope, schedules, delivery budgets, utilization, margins, risks, dependencies, change control, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across ClickUp, clients, partners, Product, Engineering, AI specialists, and paid technical account managers.
• Drive AI adoption, value realization, business outcomes, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Build governance, communication, enablement, templates, playbooks, and AI workflows for the Engagement Management practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software or services delivery experience, including at least 2 years as an accountable project, program, or engagement lead.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS deployments from kickoff through go-live and adoption.
• Knowledge of SaaS implementation fundamentals, including workspace and data architecture, permissions, SSO, integrations, data migration, change management, and enablement.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches, as well as engagement budgets, statements of work, change requests, and margins.
• Experience leading distributed cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority and managing executive stakeholders.
• Hands-on AI usage, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to advise clients on agents and automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with work management, SaaS software, professional services, agencies, or regulated industries.
• PMP certification.
