What you will do
- Manage delivery of multiple complex Public Services programmes spanning strategy, research and development, and product builds.
- Oversee portfolios of projects for government departments, including the Home Office and Department for Education.
- Develop proposals and support growth of the public-sector portfolio.
- Build trusted relationships with senior government customers and collaborate with consulting partners.
- Advise clients on AI strategy and technical implementation, including discussions with directors.
- Mentor team members and support broader strategic and commercial work as a Senior Manager.
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Manager leading complex, large-scale transformation programmes.
- Proven experience in Public Services, government, academia, or industry roles.
- Track record of delivering GDS-style digital products and AI-enabled services in government.
- Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their application to public-sector challenges.
- Technical ability to engage confidently with directors on engineering concepts and AI applications.
- May need to be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC) and willing to work on site with government clients from time to time.
