What you will do

• Process, track, and coordinate Material Transfer Orders supporting field operations.
• Provide professional support to internal and external customers by email and telephone.
• Manage assigned work queues to meet service-level agreements, quality standards, and performance metrics.
• Analyze MTO workflows and trends, providing feedback and recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures, compliance requirements, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous operational improvement.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience working in a heavily regulated environment.
• Advanced knowledge of sales order and configuration systems.
• Windows desktop experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work full-time in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• High school education or equivalent training and experience.
• Inventory control experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience with an ERP work order management system.
