What you will do

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure electronic materials meet company quality standards and specifications.
• Develop and implement supplier quality management systems, including audits, evaluations, and certification processes.
• Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct regular on-site audits and inspections of suppliers globally to ensure process effectiveness.
• Provide quality-related technical support and guidance for new product development (NPD) projects.
• Lead the validation and approval of Supplier Process Change Notifications (SPCN) and second source suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, physics, or a related major.
• At least 5 years of experience in product and test engineering within large electronic manufacturing companies.
• Deep knowledge of the principles and typical failures of electronic materials like chips, touch switches, PCBs, and cables.
• Expertise in quality management tools: ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel globally for on-site supplier audits and quality inspections.

Nice to have

• Experience in quality management of electronic material suppliers for large-scale manufacturing.
• Quality management certifications such as CQE or CQA.
• Knowledge of the latest electronic material technologies and industry trends.
