Manager; Product Development (Fintech)

Location: Foster City, California, United States; hybrid position with office attendance confirmed by the hiring manager

Salary: $146,200–$233,700 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Own product development from strategy and requirements definition through delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Manage product development using Agile Scrum methodology.
• Create comprehensive use cases, including Swagger files and other API documentation.
• Collaborate with design teams on UI/UX processes, wireframes, and screen development.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, finance, regional stakeholders, and product teams across multiple locations.
• Apply problem-solving, adaptability, and digital fluency, including generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Experience managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in web services and API documentation, such as Swagger.
• Ability to lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional technology and product teams.
• Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences and make decisive, informed decisions.

Nice to have

• 6 or more years of experience with a bachelor's degree, or 4 or more years with an advanced degree.
• Experience as a Business or Product Analyst in a global financial services firm, especially in payment processing or product development.
