What you will do

• Conduct commercial deal analysis and provide recommendations based on cost, efficiency metrics, and pricing performance.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives, specifically identifying and implementing improvements in payment cycles.
• Implement city-level courier pricing changes within the German operations model.
• Perform recurring and ad hoc analyses to monitor business performance and identify inefficiencies.
• Support operational experiments through data preparation, analysis, and documentation of results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or strategy.
• Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for business decision-making.
• Hands-on mindset with a passion for process optimization and efficiency.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker or similar BI tools.
• Exposure to A/B testing or experimentation.
