What you will do

• Drive digital transformation within Product Development by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve organizational efficiency.
• Evaluate and implement modern digital platforms, workflow automation, and AI-driven solutions like Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
• Develop and own reporting capabilities, including KPIs, dashboards, and portfolio insights for executive leadership.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable digital solutions that support product development objectives.
• Act as an internal ambassador for digital innovation and AI, supporting cross-functional teams in adopting new technologies.
• Monitor technology trends and industry best practices to maintain competitive performance.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in Digital Transformation, Business Operations, or Analytics.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, business process optimization, and modern collaboration platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Project Management, Portfolio Management, and reporting tools.
• Proven experience with AI solutions and a strong interest in leveraging AI for organizational effectiveness.
• Fluent English skills required; German is considered an advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience in PMO or Product Development roles.
• Proficiency in German language.
