What you will do

• Drive digital transformation within Product Development by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve collaboration, and increase organizational efficiency.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize project management platforms, workflows, collaboration tools, and AI-driven solutions such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
• Transition manual processes to integrated, automated, and data-driven ways of working across Product Development.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, portfolio insights, reporting frameworks, and executive reporting solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and automate repetitive administrative activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, support adoption of new capabilities, and advance digital innovation with the Senior Director Project Management.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Operations, Process Improvement, Analytics, PMO, Product Development, or a comparable role.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, workflow automation, business process optimization, and modern collaboration platforms.
• Hands-on experience with project management, portfolio management, reporting, analytics tools, KPI development, and executive performance metrics.
• Experience with AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
• Fluent English required; German is an advantage. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills are expected.
