What you will do

• Ensure hirify.global digital solutions are delivered and deeply embedded with customers and partners, supporting ongoing digital transformation strategies.
• Increase customer satisfaction by making digital products accessible through sales & service partner networks across the region.
• Coordinate effective two-way communication between local markets and hirify.global headquarters as part of the global digital solutions team.
• Demonstrate and provide tangible benefits from digital solutions for hirify.global, sales partners, and customers.

Requirements

• Completed studies in agricultural sciences, business administration, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience, including working with different cultures, especially in Eastern Europe.
• Proven experience in digital agriculture and managing partner structures to drive involvement in digital solutions.
• Product knowledge of farm management systems, machine monitoring solutions, automatic steering systems, and precision farming technologies.
• Customer-focused communication and negotiation skills in English, Russian, and German.
• Willingness to travel.
