Service Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in Cheyenne, Wyoming

Salary: $35 - $41 per hour

What you will do

• Provide on-site support for Dell server and data center systems to ensure rapid issue resolution.
• Perform hardware maintenance, including server builds, component swaps, and firmware updates.
• Troubleshoot system issues across hardware, firmware, and operating systems.
• Execute both reactive and preventive maintenance following established procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers during service events for clear communication.
• Participate in on-call rotations and support extended coverage as needed.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technical support, field service, or data center roles.
• Hands-on experience with server components such as CPUs, memory, power supplies, and GPUs.
• Familiarity with Linux or similar operating systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
