What you will do

• Install, configure, and test data center hardware and equipment.
• Perform server and network upgrades within a production data center.
• Run and manage fiber optic and copper cabling according to standards.
• Conduct Layer 2 network and server configurations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues.
• Utilize AI technologies to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience supporting production data centers.
• Hands-on experience with fiber optic cabling and command line interface (CLI).
• Familiarity with Linux, server, storage, and network technologies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work on-site in Wenatchee, WA.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and drive business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting large-scale production data centers.
• Knowledge of routing systems such as Cisco, Linux, and Arista.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA+, or Linux.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or GoLang.
