What you will do

• Define e-commerce and GTM strategy, including value propositions and commercial roadmaps.
• Analyze customer journeys and behavioral data using SQL and BI tools to diagnose performance gaps.
• Build commercial cases, KPI frameworks, and forecast outcomes like LTV and incremental revenue.
• Design A/B tests and apply predictive insights to improve conversion and personalization.
• Manage the full GTM lifecycle from launch planning to continuous optimization.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, commercial strategy, or e-commerce.
• Proven experience in commercial modelling, opportunity sizing, and business-case development.
• Hands-on analytical skills with SQL, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and customer-lifecycle optimization.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the USA (Hybrid policy).
