Salary: $131,400–$197,200 USD annually

What you will do

• Support strategic commercial projects from business case development through delivery.
• Identify new features, functionalities, partnerships, opportunities, and threats through industry analysis.
• Evaluate the scale, impact, and alignment of new initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, growth, and experience stakeholders to secure strategic alignment and approvals.
• Define key performance indicators and support successful execution through commercial launch.
• Contribute to the culture and development of the global Services team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in consumer technology industries delivering business growth strategies.
• Experience with commercial subscription and financial models.
• Ability to shape and lead propositions and strategies across a complex global organization.
• Strong communication, storytelling, data analysis, quantitative, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with limited guidance and work flexibly to support global business operations.
