Business Development Manager (Gamedev)

TL;DR

Business Development Manager (Gamedev): Identifying and executing new strategic opportunities to enhance PlayStation’s subscription offering with an accent on building and evaluating business cases, assessing potential scale and impact, and defining KPIs. Focus on recommending enhancements that deliver mutual value for PlayStation, its partners, and customers, and ensuring successful execution through to commercial launch.

Location: Hybrid in San Mateo, CA, requiring regular onsite work at our San Mateo campus.

Salary: $131,400–$197,200 USD

• Play a key role in driving the culture and development of the global Services team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in consumer tech-related industries, executing and delivering on business growth strategies.
• Ability to propose, shape, and lead new propositions and strategies throughout a complex, global organization.
• An understanding of commercial subscription and financial models.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and data analysis skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours to support global business operations.
