Senior Account Manager, Programmatic DSP (Ecommerce): Developing and optimizing programmatic display campaigns on e-commerce platforms for prominent brands with an accent on translating complex data into understandable insights and driving ROI. Focus on building lasting client relationships, streamlining team processes, and evangelizing advertising strategies within broader marketing plans.
Location: Hybrid in-office policy (4 days/week in office) based in one of the following locations: Seattle, WA; Minneapolis, MN; New York, NY.
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop strategic programmatic display campaigns and activate on e-commerce platforms like Amazon DSP and The Trade Desk.
- Synthesize disparate datasets into easily understandable insights for internal and external audiences.
- Cultivate relationships with individuals at prominent consumer brands across all organizational levels and departments.
- Streamline work of the broader team by developing and implementing processes.
- Partner with publishers and ad tech companies to stay ahead of industry trends and training opportunities.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of ’s various software products as a subject matter expert (SME) for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 6+ years of relevant account management experience.
- 6+ years of experience in display programmatic media.
- 8+ years of demonstrable experience using data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel, to draw insights, and Microsoft PowerPoint to create compelling and actionable stories.
- Demonstrated understanding of audience development, creative, and targeting strategies.
- Demonstrated clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
Nice to have
- Demonstrated understanding of the Amazon Advertising ecosystem or other retail media.
- Experience working in a startup, retail, digital advertising, or e-commerce environment.
- Experience working with SQL.
