What you will do

• Manage quarterly releases for the Client One Expense Manager across Client and Visa browser, desktop, and mobile platforms.
• Lead project management for Digital Wallet and Virtual Card Program initiatives.
• Create release plans, maintain project schedules, and manage milestones, risks, issues, impediments, and cross-product dependencies.
• Coordinate product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, engineering, and external network partners.
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums, release readiness reviews, governance forums, and stakeholder decision-making.
• Drive Agile practices, Jira standards, reporting accuracy, team maturity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business execution, implementation, or strategic planning.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives, detailed project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Experience coordinating recurring technology or product releases, testing activities, readiness reviews, and communications.
• Knowledge of commercial credit cards, virtual cards, expense management solutions, payment ecosystems, and issuer and network processes.
• Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, and operational impacts, and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Digital Wallets, Commercial Card programs, Virtual Card Programs, or Expense Management platforms.
• Familiarity with Visa commercial payment products and release processes.
• Experience in a large financial institution and knowledge of governance requirements.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methods, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting product implementations, client onboarding, or product launches.
