Technical Project Manager (Senior)

What you will do

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery visibility using project tracking tools.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements; translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Partner with engineering teams to define system interactions, APIs, and payment workflows.
• Ensure alignment between requirements, technical solutions, and delivered outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of combined Project Management and Business Analysis experience in software delivery environments.
• Strong experience in banking and payments, including payments processing and modernization initiatives.
• Ability to work with engineering teams and understand cloud-based, API-driven, and event-driven architectures.
• Proven experience gathering requirements and producing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Must currently reside in the Miami area and work fully on-site in Miami, Florida.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 20022, Fedwire, or other payment industry standards.
• Experience with modeling tools such as Lucid chart, Miro, draw.io, or BPMN.
• Background in software engineering or QA.
• Familiarity with AI concepts such as MCP, RAG, and agentic systems.
