What you will do

• Lead project and program management initiatives and provide overall portfolio and roadmap management.
• Develop and implement governance frameworks, process mapping, and RACI matrices.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Oversee risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management to ensure operational excellence.
• Conduct weekly stand-ups and operational reviews to track progress and align objectives.
• Drive systems implementation and the training/adoption of project management tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience with a proven track record in leadership.
• Expert-level proficiency in Notion (Super User).
• Experience in organizational planning, execution, and creating project dashboards.
• Must be eligible to work on W2 only; C2C is not eligible for this position.
• Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC.
