What you will do

• Lead and manage complex enterprise-level projects, defining and driving the product and technology roadmap.
• Develop comprehensive program plans including goals, scope, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication between IT and business units to establish engineering priorities and best practices.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure deliverable alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Document all work aspects and present progress reports to leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience leading complex development and integration projects, preferably in the finance/asset management industry.
• Advanced experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) software development processes.
• Proficiency in documentation and mapping tools: Miro/Lucid, Excel, SQL, Visio, Balsamiq, Jira, and Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Step Functions and Camunda workflow tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for debating and aligning with technology and business partners.
