What you will do

• Manage medium to large full-lifecycle turnkey projects for roofing, waterproofing, and building-envelope work.
• Handle proposal development, resource management, budget forecasting, and schedule management.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with federal customers.
• Inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Supervise project engineers, superintendents, field crews, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, or federal construction.
• Direct experience managing commercial roofing, waterproofing, or building-envelope projects.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or business administration.
• Must be able to pass background investigations, drug screening, and meet site-access requirements for federal facilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 50% to job sites.
• Must be located in the US with convenient access to a major airport.

Nice to have

• PMP, CCM, or CPC certification.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Experience with federal contracting, certified payroll, and prevailing-wage requirements.
• Manufacturer certifications from major commercial roofing companies.
