TL;DR
Senior Project Controls Analyst: Supporting the successful delivery of complex government contracts by managing project billings, financial performance, and resource allocation with an accent on EAC development and cost data analysis. What you will do
- Prepare and submit comprehensive project setup documentation in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Generate and monitor customer billing requests and review invoices for accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation and entry of Purchase Order requests into Costpoint.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed Estimates at Completion (EACs) for assigned projects.
- Track and report key project data including funding, revenue, and unbilled amounts.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to assess project performance and identify financial risks.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business (or 8 years of relevant experience).
- Extensive experience in government contracting with FFP, T&M, and Cost Reimbursable agreements.
- In-depth knowledge of EAC development and financial analysis processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint and Cognos.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
