Senior Project Controls Analyst

What you will do

• Prepare project setup documentation, configure contract data, and maintain accurate project files.
• Generate customer billing requests, review invoices, and coordinate required approvals.
• Support purchase order requests, enter approved orders into Deltek Costpoint, and monitor vendor and subcontractor commitments.
• Track and analyze funding, revenue, billing, unbilled amounts, open commitments, and other project cost data.
• Develop and maintain Estimates at Completion, identifying trends, risks, and budget variances.
• Support project managers and stakeholders through project kickoffs, EAC reviews, reporting, issue resolution, and day-to-day project operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business with 5 years of relevant experience preferred, or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Extensive government contracting experience with Firm Fixed Price, Time and Materials, and Cost Reimbursable agreements.
• Experience supporting large, complex contracts with multiple Contract Line Item Numbers and diverse revenue streams.
• Strong knowledge of EAC development, financial analysis, budgeting, risk identification, and cost control.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Deltek Costpoint, and Cognos.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
