What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale Contact Center and Unified Communications projects from contract handoff to production rollout.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, including work breakdown structures, critical path analysis, and milestones.
• Manage project financial performance, including revenue recognition, cost tracking, and gross margin targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of internal engineers, solution architects, third-party vendors, and subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and executive sponsors, providing regular status reports and briefings.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and lead formal change management processes for scope and budget adjustments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex technology projects in a VAR, systems integrator, or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing Contact Center and Unified Communications solutions (Cloud, Hybrid, and On-prem).
• Proven ability to manage project financials, including margin and cost controls.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project for scheduling and dependency management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
