Project Management, Senior Manager (IT Infrastructure)

Location: Must be within commuting distance to the Washington, DC area (currently remote schedule)

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Perform program and project management duties, including detailed planning, execution, and status reporting.
• Manage the operational aspects of programs and ensure projects are properly documented and scheduled.
• Develop O&M processes and procedures for optimal 24x7 support, including the creation of SOPs.
• Coordinate closely with application development and operations security teams on respective projects.
• Create end-user and help desk guidance and prepare tailored messaging for agency-wide distribution regarding maintenance windows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience managing infrastructure engineering support center projects and supervising employees.
• Experience supporting national and international users and responding to incidents and requests remotely.
• Ability to comply with HDI and PMI quality assurance concepts and guidelines.
• Public Trust clearance required.
• BA/BS degree; Master's Degree preferred.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Experience with Agile development practices (SCRUM, XP, Lean Agile).
• Experience using Apptio Targetprocess for Lean Agile project tracking.
• Experience supporting on-premises, AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments.
