Senior Technical Project Manager (Data Center Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Own integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project from site feasibility through construction close-out.
• Lead design coordination across Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, and Architectural disciplines, holding leads accountable to milestones.
• Manage external A&E consultants, including writing SOWs, managing RFP processes, and ensuring deliverable quality.
• Drive the full entitlement and permitting lifecycle, including zoning, building permits, and utility interconnects.
• Partner with Sales during pre-deal phases to produce rapid test fits and feasibility schedules.
• Establish program playbooks, governance systems, and milestone gates to enable team scaling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 5–8 years of project management experience in data centers, high-tech manufacturing, or industrial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, one-lines, architectural floor plans, and structural drawings.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Procore.
• Must be located within the United States.
• Proven experience managing external A&E consultants and navigating the permitting lifecycle.

Nice to have

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Experience managing Design-Build delivery methods.
• Previous experience as an Owner’s Representative.
• Familiarity with modular component architecture.
