Location: 100% Remote, but must meet eligibility requirements and successfully pass background checks to access federal worksites. Approximately 30% travel to job sites required.

What you will do

• Manage full-lifecycle turnkey EPC projects, controlling budgets, reporting financials, and streamlining operational functions.
• Develop detailed traditional project schedules, work plans, and estimate proposal budgets based on scope and resources.
• Lead client meetings and provide strategic presentations to stakeholders regarding project adjustments and estimates.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with federal customers.
• Inspect construction activities to ensure project compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience overseeing complex multi-year EPC projects within commercial/industrial construction (preferably with USACE).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an ABET-accredited program.
• PMP, CCM, or CPC certification required.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
• Experience in Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Management.
• Eligibility for federal background checks and access to federal worksites.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• OSHA or QC certification.
• Knowledge of SBA 8(a) program and Corps-specific systems like RMS, ProjNet, and EM385.
• Experience with critical infrastructure/data center components (UPS, thermal, battery HVAC).
• Experience in international locations.
