Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 CAD

What you will do

• Review SEC filings and proxy statements to capture key governance data.
• Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Apply client policy instructions to meeting items and escalate exceptions.
• Support routine research and reporting on proxy voting activity.
• Organize and validate information using Excel for team outputs.
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve process issues and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Public Policy, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in corporate governance, research, or financial operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn internal database systems.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Toronto, ON.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
