What you will do

• Conduct research and quantitative/qualitative analysis to support enterprise and business strategy.
• Build financial and data models to develop insights for executive-level decision-making.
• Contribute to the development of business cases, annual strategic planning, and ongoing review cadences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and support the execution of key initiatives.
• Track and report on the performance of strategic initiatives against milestones and targets.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to structure complex problems and work through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in translating data findings into clear, actionable business insights.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.
• Must be authorized to perform work within Canada (specifically Ontario or BC).

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, finance, or a related field.
• Experience working in SaaS, fintech, or other technology-driven environments.
• Background in structured problem-solving, operations, or transformation projects.
