What you will do

• Lead safety and quality initiatives at the site level.
• Develop, review, and manage owner contracts and subcontracts.
• Manage project costs and coordinate labor, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain constant communication with clients regarding progress and conflict resolution.
• Travel extensively to project sites (minimum 50% of the time).

Requirements

• Experience managing self-perform construction projects with a minimum budget of $30M.
• Strong customer and client relationship management skills.
• Expertise in budget creation, monitoring, and schedule control.
• Experience in contract and subcontract development and management.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR).

Nice to have

• Financial forecasting experience, including cash and cost flow.
• Proven record of implementing and managing safety programs.
• Knowledge of Standard Word Instructions (SWIs) and site-wide quality programs.
