What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers, establishing performance standards and accountability.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, managing executive-level reviews and business growth opportunities.
• Oversee project portfolios to ensure successful delivery regarding scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Ensure integrity of project financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete estimates.
• Monitor schedule health and critical path activities, leading recovery planning for at-risk projects.
• Develop and analyze organizational KPIs to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business.
• 10+ years of construction or project management experience.
• 5+ years leading project management teams and large-scale construction programs.
• Proven success in overseeing project financials and executive client relationships.
• Deep understanding of project controls, risk management, and performance reporting.
• PMP, CCM, or DBIA professional certification is preferred.
