What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers overseeing a portfolio of construction projects.
- Manage senior client relationships, executive project reviews, escalated concerns, and opportunities for additional services.
- Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, quality, risks, execution plans, recovery plans, and change management.
- Review project budgets, forecasts, earned value metrics, cost reports, revenue projections, margins, and cash flow.
- Establish scheduling standards, monitor critical paths and milestones, and lead recovery planning for at-risk projects.
- Develop and analyze portfolio KPIs, lead governance reviews, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of construction management or project management experience.
- 5+ years leading project management teams and large-scale construction programs.
- Experience managing multiple Project Managers, complex project portfolios, project financials, schedules, and client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of project controls, forecasting, risk management, performance reporting, contract administration, cost control, and critical path analysis.
- Advanced proficiency with construction management software, project management systems, and reporting tools.
Nice to have
- Experience in restaurant, food service, hospitality, retail, or franchise construction.
- Experience with restaurant remodels, equipment replacement, kitchen modernization, multi-site construction, or retail rollout programs.
- PMP, CCM, DBIA, or a similar professional certification.
