Salary: $144,689.50 — $180,861.50 USD

What you will do

• Define internal and external collaboration standards for Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Establish lightweight, documented decision-making practices (e.g., DACI) and asynchronous communication norms.
• Own Notion governance, information architecture, and content standards to ensure the knowledge base remains a trusted source of truth.
• Set shared baselines for Jira project and program structure, naming, and usage.
• Leverage AI to audit workspaces, enforce standards, and automate repetitive administration.
• Partner with department champions and the AI Transformation team to drive tool adoption and best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in Denver, Colorado for a hybrid work model.
• Deep, hands-on expertise administering Notion at scale, including databases and permissions.
• Strong command of Slack, Google Workspace, and Jira administration.
• Advanced fluency with conversational AI (Claude, ChatGPT) and native AI features in core tools.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional adoption of standards without direct authority.
• Strong program management discipline and excellent written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing tooling governance during a merger, acquisition, or major organizational integration.
• Notion certification or comparable platform mastery.
• Experience building AI-driven internal tools, automations, or agents.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks.
