What you will do

• Develop and execute program strategies for technical learning, with a heavy emphasis on AI and Machine Learning education.
• Design, curate, and project manage both synchronous and asynchronous learning events for technical staff.
• Analyze the effectiveness of initiatives using data to iterate on programs and drive technical excellence.
• Build and nurture communities of internal subject matter experts and professional contributors.
• Partner with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
• Optimize operational processes, tools, and communication channels for program scalability.

Requirements

• Must reside in the US in a state where hirify.global has a registered entity.
• 8+ years of experience in Technical L&D program management or learning content management.
• Direct experience in a technical field (Software Engineering, Data Science, or related) to understand technical learner challenges.
• Expertise in instructional design and building technical content for engineering audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale programs against a broad roadmap.
• Ability to apply graphic and visual design principles to learning assets and documentation.
