What you will do

• Drive the cadence of ELT meetings, townhalls, offsites, and annual planning, including agendas and action-item tracking.
• Design and own the company-wide quarterly business review (QBR) process across all functions.
• Partner with the CEO and ELT to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear owners and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional strategic programs, such as product launches, M&A integration, and GTM initiatives.
• Build and drive adoption of a company-wide OKR system from the executive level down.
• Coordinate materials and logistics for board-level meetings and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, program management, or consulting.
• Proven track record in a SaaS or high-growth tech company leading initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong executive communication skills, comfortable preparing board-ready materials.
• Ability to bring order to ambiguity and break broad priorities into clear workstreams.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be based in the USA

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Experience in regulated, scientific, or vertical SaaS.
• Fluency with modern productivity, data-analysis, and AI tools.
