What you will do

• Independently manage a portfolio of up to 25 onboardings, including complex multi-provider and multi-location setups.
• Provide high-touch, on-site support to top-tier enterprise accounts through travel.
• Drive the buildout and optimization of tooling, workflows, and processes for assigned partnerships.
• Mentor and train junior onboarding managers through shadowing and best-practice guidance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve handoff processes between onboarding and Practice Success teams.
• Take ownership of revenue outcomes (GMV) tied to successful client launches.

Requirements

• Proven track record managing complex, high-volume onboarding portfolios with high customer satisfaction.
• Experience owning strategic partnerships and meeting or exceeding service-level targets.
• Ability to operate with significant autonomy and translate performance data into actionable strategy.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed to provide on-site support for top-tier accounts.
• Experience mentoring or training team members to raise team-wide consistency.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
