What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of onboarding projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Partner with customers to define business objectives and design tailored onboarding plans.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external clients.
• Educate customers on product best practices to drive long-term platform adoption.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while coordinating internal resources for resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, CSMs, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer hand-offs and feedback loops.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS customer onboarding or implementation.
• Alternatively, 3+ years of experience in a quality-related role within medtech, life sciences, or heavily regulated industries.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience using project management software.
