Senior Manager, Customer Onboarding (SaaS): Leading a team of Onboarding Managers to ensure high customer satisfaction and fast Time to Value (TTV) for mid-market and enterprise segments with an accent on scalable onboarding processes and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on optimizing the customer journey from sale to adoption, managing high-level client relationships, and driving product adoption.

Location: Remote or Hybrid (based on proximity to office hubs). Must be based in the US (indicated by 401k/HSA benefits).

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Onboarding Managers to optimize TTV and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop scalable onboarding strategies tailored to mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, customer success, and support to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Monitor onboarding metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve the experience.
  • Train the onboarding team on product updates and implementation best practices.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities during the onboarding phase.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of people management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of improving onboarding processes and meeting business KPIs.
  • Strong analytical approach and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
