What you will do

• Prepare and distribute recurring commercial performance reports, dashboards, and business review materials.
• Support weekly and monthly pipeline reporting processes.
• Maintain Salesforce data quality in partnership with CRM Admin and COE teams.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across reports and other business systems.
• Create, maintain, and enhance standard commercial reporting tools and dashboards.
• Provide operational support to the Large Pharma Business Development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in business operations, sales operations, reporting, or analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365.
• Must be based in Yardley, PA, USA.
• Ability to travel nationally 3-5 times per year.
