What you will do

• Act as a communication conduit between customers, sales teams, business units, and factories to optimize supply and revenue.
• Manage the sales process and back-office operations, handling order types, invoice points, expedite requests, and RMAs.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure data quality, availability, and governance across sales teams.
• Develop and enhance business processes for customer supply chain management and compliance measurements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• 3+ years of experience working with SAP, specifically SAP Sales and Distribution (Order Management).
• 3+ years of experience managing order processes from creation to invoicing.

Nice to have

• MBA or an advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Finance.
• Experience with semiconductor wafer foundry operations and industry best practices.
• Certification in SAP S/4 HANA (SD).
• Advanced Excel expertise for handling large datasets and performing detailed analysis.
