Sales Operations Analyst (Semiconductor)

Location: Hybrid work model at assigned hirify.global sites in Folsom, California; Phoenix, Arizona; Santa Clara, California; or Austin, Texas, with time split between on-site and off-site work.

Annual salary: $81,010–$164,880 USD.

What you will do

• Act as a communication conduit between customers, sales teams, business units, and hirify.global factories.
• Manage sales processes and back-office operations to optimize supply and revenue.
• Partner across sales teams to ensure data quality, availability, and governance.
• Develop and improve customer supply chain management and compliance measurement processes.
• Manage order types, invoice points, expedite requests, change requests, and RMAs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• 3+ years of experience working with SAP, including SAP Sales and Distribution for order management.
• 3+ years of experience managing order processes from creation through invoicing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
• Strong analytical skills for synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or an advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with semiconductor wafer foundry operations and industry best practices.
• Certification in SAP S/4 HANA (SD) or hands-on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution modules.
• Advanced Excel expertise, including working with large datasets and performing detailed data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems used in semiconductor manufacturing, such as SAP S/4 HANA.
