What you will do

• Partner with Managers and Partners to strategically staff client projects with the right talent mix.
• Develop a deep understanding of consultants' skills, experiences, and career aspirations to facilitate assignments.
• Maintain resource management system accuracy and reconcile planned allocations against actuals.
• Curate an up-to-date skills database and identify workforce skill gaps.
• Build reports and develop ad-hoc analyses to answer dynamic staffing and business questions.
• Oversee project health and resource utilization through timely reporting and timesheet compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, resource management, or operations within professional services.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas).
• Ability to incorporate AI and AI Agents in innovative ways to gain insights and solve problems.
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex information.
