Finance Operations & Management Accounting Analyst
We’re hiring a Finance Operations & Management Accounting Analyst at Kanzum — a B2B fintech platform providing cross-border payments and local account infrastructure across Africa, MENA, and Asia (think Wise Business for emerging markets) 🌍
What you’ll do:
🔹 Prepare monthly management accounts and support month-end closing
🔹 Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit processes
🔹 Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
🔹 Monitor cash flow, payments, and treasury operations
🔹 Investigate payment-related issues and support clients with payment queries
🔹 Collaborate with Engineering and Account Management teams to improve payment processes
🔹 Help strengthen finance processes and internal controls
What we’re looking for:
🔹 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Treasury, or Financial Operations
🔹 Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
🔹 Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and analysis
🔹 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
🔹 English level: B2+
🔹 Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or Big Four is a plus
Nice to have:
🔹 Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems
🔹 Exposure to multi-currency finance operations and payments
🔹 ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or ACA qualification (completed or in progress)
