What you will do

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end activities.
• Own the annual external audit process and maintain robust financial controls.
• Produce financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvements across finance systems, processes, and reporting.
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve commercial performance.
• Support company-wide OKR reporting and track progress against strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) required.
• Significant post-qualified finance experience, ideally in Fintech, Payments, Banking, or SaaS.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proven experience preparing management accounts and overseeing month-end processes.
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making.

Nice to have

• Big 4 training or experience.
• Experience working with NetSuite.
• Exposure to OKRs or business performance frameworks.
• Experience within a fast-growing technology business.
