Director of Product Management (AI)

Location: Foster City, California, United States; at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $170,700–$273,200 USD per year, potentially including sales incentives; bonus and equity may also be available.

What you will do

• Lead horizontal product initiatives across FX and cross-border product and platform architecture.
• Translate complex business and technical needs into product opportunities, platform capabilities, requirements, success metrics, and roadmaps.
• Enable practical AI adoption through demos, prompt libraries, templates, playbooks, education, and repeatable product workflows.
• Use AI and analytics for product discovery, prioritization, risk identification, documentation, decision support, and executive communication.
• Define data-lake use cases, dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, risk indicators, and ROI measurement with data and analytics teams.
• Promote responsible AI and improve product operating practices across product, engineering, risk, compliance, finance, and business teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 days per week in the Foster City office; office attendance expectations are confirmed by the Hiring Manager.
• At least 10 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, 8 years with an advanced degree, or 3 years with a PhD.
• 10–15 years of experience in product management or a related field, with significant leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of product discovery, roadmaps, requirements, agile delivery, stakeholder management, product operating models, and outcome-based measurement.
• Experience with enterprise systems, APIs, web services, data flows, transaction processing, platform architecture, data platforms, data lakes, analytics, dashboards, or business intelligence.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and the ability to create reusable AI workflows, prompts, templates, playbooks, demos, and enablement materials.
