Senior Vice President of Product (AI)

Location: Remote, Raleigh, North Carolina, United States

Annual base salary: $250,000–$275,000, plus annual bonus and stock.

What you will do

• Lead product management and documentation across more than 10 strategic product offerings.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, messaging, positioning, use cases, and go-to-market assets.
• Position the platform as infrastructure for AI-generated code, autonomous testing, and intelligent software governance.
• Build strategic relationships with enterprise customers and co-lead the Customer Advisory Board.
• Lead, hire, and mentor a global product management organization.
• Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, analysts, and industry stakeholders to accelerate product delivery and market adoption.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product management experience in growth software companies focused on DevOps, Agile, testing, ALM, analytics, or intelligence.
• 5+ years of experience leading product management teams in these domains.
• Demonstrated expertise in agentic software development, AI-generated code governance, autonomous testing, self-healing test infrastructure, and risk-based quality assurance.
• Strong product strategy, messaging, positioning, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives and coordinating multiple functional areas.
• Ability to travel up to 25% may be required.
