What you will do

• Review, analyze, and cleanse financial data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Reconcile information across various systems, databases, and files.
• Perform data entry and updates within financial systems.
• Prepare tracking reports and data quality metrics to monitor project progress.
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining project documentation and tracking action items.
• Support analysts and managers with financial verifications and reporting using Excel.

Requirements

• College diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative, finance, accounting, or data management role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Must be based in Burgess Hill, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud, Oracle R12, or Ariba.
• Previous experience supporting projects or working in a project environment.
