Salary: $50,300 - $67,100 a year

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of accounts, building multi-thread relationships with engineers, buyers, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Monitor active orders and proactively coordinate with operations, quality, and logistics to resolve risks and meet SLAs.
• Partner with account owners and transactional teams to support client meetings and monitor account trends.
• Lead customer issue resolution for nonconformance and quality concerns to ensure timely outcomes.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Contribute to the development of process documentation, playbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, or inside sales.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or have refugee/asylee status.
• Proven ability to manage complex relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in project management techniques and methodologies.

Nice to have

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with digital manufacturing, CNC, 3D printing, sheet metal, or injection molding.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Freshdesk.
