What you will do

• Drive brand presence and local activation of global initiatives across the DACH region, ensuring premium and consistent execution.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, VIPs, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, from partner identification and creative concepting to performance evaluation.
• Lead local PR activities and build trusted relationships with lifestyle, fashion, and design media.
• Create brand stories and emotional experiences to position the brand within relevant cultural conversations.
• Execute premium brand events, influencer gatherings, and targeted seeding strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field.
• Initial experience in brand, influencer, PR, or culture/lifestyle fields (internships or project work).
• Confident in English and German (written and spoken).
• Understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, and basic PR mechanics.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the DACH region and attend events outside standard hours.
• Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

• Basic design or editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
