What you will do

• Develop and execute local marketing plans for the PWS category in Germany and Austria.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to drive category goals through joint business planning and customer meetings.
• Lead new product launches, including planning, forecasting, budgeting, and marketing execution.
• Manage marcom spend (MDF) and budget ownership for third-party agencies (OPEX).
• Implement a 360-degree omnichannel approach integrating social, web, PR, and in-store programs.
• Analyze market intelligence and consumer insights to design actionable growth strategies.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of marketing experience in tech, consumer electronics, or consumer goods.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle from conception to end-of-life.
• Proven track record in category management and external agency oversight.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office 3 days per week.
