Senior Occupational Health & Safety Specialist (HR Tech)

Salary: $88,100 — $99,150 USD

What you will do

• Manage and execute Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) solutions across multiple jurisdictions to ensure a safe work environment.
• Lead the ADA process by evaluating medical documentation and performing job demand analyses.
• Partner with HR, legal, and healthcare providers to implement reasonable accommodations.
• Coordinate the integration between Workers’ Compensation, FMLA/STD/LTD, and ADA for return-to-work plans.
• Manage relationships and performance of OHS vendors, training partners, and health centers.
• Collaborate with People and Legal teams to draft and improve Health and Safety policies.

Requirements

• Experience in Occupational Health and Safety covering multiple countries and regions.
• Hands-on experience managing the Americans with Disabilities (ADA) process and implementing accommodations.
• Experience scouting, onboarding, and managing external vendors and partners.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to map and implement new processes.
• Must be based in the Americas.
• English: Fluent (C1+) written and spoken proficiency required.
